Who we are

HavenPeak Roofing operates havenpeakroofing.com from 65 Memorial Rd #437, West Hartford, CT 06107. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit the site or submit a form.

Information we collect

Contact and assessment forms

When you submit a contact or roof assessment form, we may collect: name, phone, email, property address, city, ZIP, service selection, and your message. Optional UTM campaign parameters and the page URL may be included for attribution.

Leave a review form

When you submit a review for moderation, we may collect: display name, email, phone (optional), city, service received, star rating, review text, and your permission to publish if approved.

Technical data

Our form endpoint may log client IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Server and hosting logs may record request metadata. We do not intentionally deploy advertising cookies at launch.

How we use information

We use form submissions to respond to service requests, schedule assessments, and review customer feedback before any public publication. We do not sell personal information.

How form submissions are processed

Form submissions are sent to our server endpoint at https://havenpeakroofing.com/api/contact.php. Valid submissions trigger an internal SMS notification to our team via SignalWire so we can follow up by phone. We do not use third-party email form processors such as FormSubmit.

Review moderation

Reviews submitted through leave-a-review are not published automatically. Submission does not guarantee publication. Email and phone from reviews are used for moderation contact only and are not displayed publicly unless you authorize publication of your display name and review text.

Service providers

• Hosting — serves static pages and the contact API.
• SignalWire — delivers internal SMS notifications for form submissions (credentials stored server-side only).
• Google Fonts — may load web fonts (see Google's privacy policy).

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and review information only as long as needed to respond, moderate, or meet legal obligations. Rate limiting and honeypot fields help reduce spam.

Your choices

Changes

We may update this policy when our systems or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
